The Spoonykipper Story

I had a great time at the London MCM Expo last weekend! I was there for the whole weekend with a bunch of great people. I was a little worried that a whole weekend there would get boring, I mean I'd only been there for the day before and I didn't think walking around the same place for three days would be all that fun....Boy was I wrong!



We're all planning to come back again in May for the weekend and are already thinking about what we'll cosplay. I was thinking of going as Leon from Resident Evil 2, as everyone seems to do him from Resident Evil 4. This choice also gave me a reason to buy the BB shotgun I saw in the expo hall! I really wanted it, but had no real reason to get it besides impulsing buying urges...Now I can use it with my Leon cosplay! Because you always need a shotgun when dealing with zombies.

This weekend I was back in London again to see Distant Worlds. This was the Royal Philharmonuc Orchestra playing music from the Final Fantasy games. This was the first time it was in the UK and because it sold out so fast they'll be comeing back next year. Also next year is the 25th anniversary of Final Fantasy so they're planning something great for it. So I'll be going back for it next year. The only thing that kind of sucked about Distant Worlds was that I forgot my camera...An my phone battery started to run out after a few videos.

Besides that my work and course are going well! I'm also have plans in the works to go back to America next year. Well two trips back, I also want to see Jackie and Ricky at some point next year. Maybe even a trip to Japan later that year...Not sure yet, but would love to go over there at least once.
