The Spoonykipper Story

Well my week away to Fokestone was nice, it was a nice time to just think about what I want to do for the future. Granted I'm still not sure as with life nothing is 100% and so I'm still looking in to a few things before I set that as what I want/will do. My mind did also go to my ex..well my 1st ex now and the girl at work I like, as the only downside with the week away was how lonely it was without having someone to share it with, the beach, the lovely sights/views etc. I also noticed how much I missed technology! I mean it was nice and quiet and gave me time to think but I also couldn't check emails, talked to people online, check things....I mean it seems like sucha small thing but like with pretty much everything you don't know how much you'll miss it until it's gone.

While I was there I walked along the beaches, did some fishing, checked out little antique shops and some art shops where I ended buying two pictures. It took me awhile but I did find a shop that sold sticks of rock (it's like a candy stick i guess) so I could bring them back for people at work, I also found a nice coloured shell for the girl at work. I did take some photos while I was away and will update with some soon.

While I had so much time to myself I also wrote another poem:

All I Need

A Smile that brings warmth in to my life,
she'd never have to talk to me just smile,
her eyes glittering as the edges of her lips reach them,
all I need is her and her smile.

A laugh that brings joy to my life,
i'd never need music just the sound of her laugh,
the feeling I get inside when I hear it,
all I need is her and her laugh.

A kiss that brings meaning to my life,
I'd never be unsure of anything as all the answer are in her kiss,
the secrets waiting on her lips to taste,
all I need is her and her kiss.

All I need is her I hope one day all she needs is me.

I also got this book while I was away "Hector And The Search For Happiness". It was a good book and made me notice a few things in it that I did that made me...well unhappy, so I'm trying not to do those anymore. When I finally did get home as well I was greeted by a 90day notice from work, they had finally made the call and my office was going so on the 3rd of August I will be out of a job. The plus side to this I have worked for them long enough to get redundancy pay, as well as the bonus for the year just gone (their year is May to April) and they also pay us off for the last month so we go at the start of August but get paid for that month! So with all that money I will be going to the US for a month, I have a place to stay so all I need is plane tickets and spending money YAY!

Also looking forward to next week! Where I shall because a London tour guide.....not that I know anything about London or where I'm going or anything, it'll be kinda fun. That is due to Doodles coming over from the US so i'll be going round London with her for three days to see the signts, go to lots of pubs and just have fun really.
